The above sentences were a part of our conversation some time ago. I could only figure this out while dressing up that I don’t look pretty enough as compared to what I used to. Being a remote worker and a mom as well, I did not have time to even think about the long-term effects of my schedule.

The point is whether you are on a job/not, you need to inculcate time management in your routine. Moms often ignore this, which later caters for their bad health, juggling between responsibilities and much more.

Anything done in advance is a boon to time management. At home too, women can organize bathrooms the night before to have an efficient day later. Choosing the Outfit for The Day (OFTD) can divulge the morning chaos. Practising yoga along with your kids can be both fun and healthy.

Outfits can be laid out a night before to avoid last-minute Hush-Hush. Cutting vegetables and fruits at night might also reduce the time the next morning.
